Il nostro metodo
La produzione e i servizi
Organisation, efficiency, commitment: a job well done can only start off with these premises.
Our main goal is to keep the entire production process within the company: by doing so, we can ensure direct and constant supervision of the progress of the job; moreover, this may lead to profitable economies of scale for our customers.
From the final project to delivery of the material, the work process flows smoothly and functionally through the various production phases:
Project evaluation – Our account managers receive indications from the customers and exchange views with them in order to pinpoint the best solution for proper implementation. Afterwards, they prepare the estimate which, once approved by the customer, kicks off the production phase.
Pre-printing – This is the most sensitive step for any successful job: the files are analysed to make sure they were properly done, the blueprints and colour tests are printed for the pre-printing check and final approval by the customer. During the following phase, the plates are engraved through CTP and the final adjustments are made prior to placing the plates in the printing press. It is during these phases that the experience and skill of Litocart’s personnel make the difference.
Printing – Cutting-edge machinery, for small and large runs, for small and large sizes.
Prestigious brands such as Komori and Heidelberg, which represent a guarantee in the printing industry.
A fully air-conditioned work environment to ensure consistency during the printing process all year long.
Raw materials selected for their high quality, crucial for obtaining the expected outcome.
If you want to achieve the best results, nothing must be left to chance during the printing phase.
Embellishments, finishes and packaging – After the printing phase, the job goes on to the finishing and packaging department, where the following processes can be carried out: heat lamination, embossed and debossed punching, die-cutting, flocking, drip-off varnish with Flexo varnish, UV screen printing, plasticising, die-cutting and gluing, folding and staple or stitch binding.
